Food that is delicious, nutritious, moreish, filling, and made with so much love. Food that feels like a warm hug from an old friend.

Everything in this box is organic, plant-powered, and preservative-free, making it perfect for yourself or a loved one, no matter if your baby is 6 days, 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years old. Our meals are also suitable for pregnant people, as well as for those who are unwell or have experienced loss. They are perfect for those weeks where your baby won't let you put them down, or when you need to parent from the couch and let someone else take care of feeding you for a change. It takes a village after all!

You don’t need to be following a plant-based diet to enjoy and benefit from our meals. In fact, studies show that we all benefit from consuming at least 30 different plant foods a week, as doing so leads to a more diverse gut microbiome which can benefit your mood, immunity, and overall health.

In this box, you will find 36 different plants hidden in our meals. Incredible right? Everything can be enjoyed as-is, or with a size of salad or greens, to inject even more plants into your weekly intake.

COOKIES + GRANOLA can go in your pantry.

MEALS can either go into the fridge to defrost, and consumed within 4 days, or into the freezer until best before date.

We recommend defrosting everything before heating (either on the bench or in the fridge) however we know this isn’t always possible.

Plant Powered Lasagne:

Preheat oven to 180°c. Remove the compostable film from the tray and cover the lasagne with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Check. It may still be cold in the middle, in which case, cut it in half, cover with tinfoil again, and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.

Daal, Soup and Stew:

Submerge the container in very hot water until the edges of the soup defrost enough to be able to remove it from the container. Gently transfer the frozen block of soup to a pot, and heat on low. Stir regularly, and use a wooden spoon to break into smaller chunks as it warms and softens to speed up the process.

Plant Powered Lasagne:

Preheat oven to 180°c. Remove the compostable film from the tray and place in hot oven for 20 minutes or until heated through.

Daal, Soup and Risotto:

Place as much as you would like to eat in a pot. Each tub contains 2-3 serves, depending on hunger levels. Heat on medium, until soup is warmed through and you have a delicious smelling pot of warming goodness wafting through your kitchen. Devour.

And of course, there is always the trusty microwave for all your defrosting and heating needs. As microwaves vary so drastically from model to model, we recommend referring to your manual for defrosting instructions, and trust that you’ve got the reheating settings down to a fine art already ;)

We developed a granola that is universally adored, but especially beneficial to postpartum peeps, due to the puffed grains, nuts, seeds and goji berries that bring you iron, protein, healthy fats, magnesium, zinc and galactagogues with every bite. You can eat it in a bowl with berries and yoghurt, sprinkle it on top of smoothies, or eat it straight from the bag, with a piece of dark chocolate or five.
